2026–2027 Program Snapshot

LeadHer Initiative is designed for high school girls in grades 9–12. Participants will attend monthly workshops, complete service projects, earn verified volunteer hours, and celebrate their growth at the end of the program year.

Founded by Brandy Michelle Matthews

LeadHer Initiative was founded by Brandy Michelle Matthews to give high school girls a meaningful space to develop leadership skills, serve their communities, and grow into confident young women prepared to make an impact.
